During my induction days, I accidentally met few talented , skillful backbenchers of 7 C class in SKVVHSS. While i was taking class i felt like they were not at all interested as they were all small kids. Then i thought of applying multiple intelligence theory in class. Then i insisted students to draw whatever comes in the mind. After few moments, it marveled me as i was checking the drawings of few students those who were sitting at the back( we call them: Back bencher). Many students were talented at drawing and painting. I have appreciated them and encouraged them to do more.   Now i remember the famous quotes by APJ Abdul kalam, and it goes on like this

We have done our induction program at skvvhss, Thrikkannamangal. I was lil frightened as i had no idea what gonna happen. It was indeed my first experience to become a teacher trainee. The only thing mollified me that i have chosen the same school where my schooling had done. I knew almost all teachers and i already had a good healthy relationship with school. That made me more interesting and what more would i need?!! I wouldn't have been this much happy if i had not chosen this school. The love of students, and their sincere approaches to conduct classes made me to put more effort to be a "Cautious" teacher. Deepu sir has arrived to analyze our class and it was indeed our pleasure to take class in the presence of Deepu sir. Sir gave us his valuable suggestions to make up our classes. Induction program helped me to chuck away my inhibitions. 

Onam is a festival celebrated by Malayalis in Kerala or in any other part of the world to mark the homecoming of the Great King Mahabali. It is also said to mark the harvest season for Kerala. Indeed it was the most remarkable and unforgettable day of celebration. Celebration of Onam reminded us about unity, brotherhood, sharing and love! Young and charming Students and rejuvenated teacher joined their hands and put all effort to make it most reviving celebration! We started the day with "Athappookalam" where we decorated with beautiful and colorful flowers! With that unity, our students set the stage on fire with different cultural programs and traditional dances like "Thiruvathira" by our young lasses. Then we had our kerala cuisine namely Onasadhya ,vegetarian feast usually is of 7-8 courses. Onasadhya was mouth watering with scrumptious dishes added sweet and sour touch our taste buds and feast ended with luscious dessert- Adapradhaman! With that energy after

Our dear seniors have taken a demo micro teaching class for us in the afternoon after our Teachers day celebration. First of all, we had no idea about this micro teaching. This demo class gave us more insight and information about the skills. Micro teaching helps to enhance and equip us with skills and  it is also a technique to mold our teaching strategies. Hats off to all seniors for helping us to understanding this earthshaking concept in the curriculum. Thanks to the teachers for assisting them too.

Parents are a child's first teacher who gives them life lessons and after them comes the Guru or teacher who leads the child ahead in life. Teachers played a very important role-- they have been our role models, our inspiration, and parent-figures outside of our home who taught us many lessons about life. In fact, a good teacher not only imparts knowledge to their students but they inspire, encourage and instil curiosity to find solutions to problems. A teacher is a friend, philosopher, and guide who holds our hand, opens our mind, and touches our heart. The contribution of a teacher cannot be ignored at all.  To honour these remarkable people in our lives, Teachers' Day is celebrated as an important day world wide. Teachers' Day is celebrated on September 5 every year since 1962 to honour Dr.Sarvepalli Radhakrishnan as it is his birth anniversary. We also planned to celebrate Teacher's day. We, the Physical science students performed our first department program- A simple act. The name of the act was "Power of girl child". we all were able to perform well and convey a beautiful as well as thought provoking idea to the audience. The crux of the skit was about the serious issues faced by women around the world. and We have suggested a good preventive measure against all these violence is by teaching them "Self Defense Mechanism". Once they know how to defend and overcome, it helps them to come out of these problematic situations.

Helping each other is the basic fundamental rule that builds a society. we are all one way or other way dependent to others. As a child we need the help of our parents, As a student we need the help of the Teachers, As a husband we need the help and support of wife, As a father we need the help of the mother, as a patient we need the help of doctor and the chain goes on. Last year August, Kerala faced a difficult situation ever in the history of all time. It rained heavily and flood struck many places. Even in all these worse situation we stood together. All the humans joined hands together to rebuild Kerala back. Last August again flood visited Kerala and washed away many houses and lives. So we thought to help our own people. We extended our hands according to what we have. We collected an amount of 5000/- from our BMM II TC, Kottarakara Institution. Teacher, Non teaching staffs Students and all helped to raise this amount. we purchased some Cleaning kit and some baby dresses and

Today we have conducted our 'Blog workshop' with the help and guidance of our senior students and our respectful teachers! It was a pleasant experience of being in touch with the new social platform! I hope this platform can change many perceptions and helpful in sharing our views, thoughts and ideas related to education! I, personally , reckon this social platform is   powerful in its own way to bring about a new world of digital experience!
