ONAM 2K19 Celebration

Onam is a festival celebrated by Malayalis in Kerala or in any other part of the world to mark the homecoming of the Great King Mahabali. It is also said to mark the harvest season for Kerala. Indeed it was the most remarkable and unforgettable day of celebration. Celebration of Onam reminded us about unity, brotherhood, sharing and love! Young and charming Students and rejuvenated teacher joined their hands and put all effort to make it most reviving celebration! We started the day with "Athappookalam" where we decorated with beautiful and colorful flowers! With that unity, our students set the stage on fire with different cultural programs and traditional dances like "Thiruvathira" by our young lasses. Then we had our kerala cuisine namely Onasadhya ,vegetarian feast usually is of 7-8 courses. Onasadhya was mouth watering with scrumptious dishes added sweet and sour touch our taste buds and feast ended with luscious dessert- Adapradhaman! With that energy after the feast, we conducted our cultural games like Tug of war, Kasera kali, Sundharike pottu thodal, spoon and lemon. Finally we stepped out of our institution with a handful of memories , a new hope that continue to strive us to excellence and a harmony to lead a purposeful life. PHEONIX 2021 - INTERNATIONAL WOMEN'S DAY CELEBRATION

 Our college juniors organized a Women's day celebration in connection with International Women's Day 2021. Adv. P Aisha Potty was the chief guest. The inaugural function started with a prayer song. Our college principal gave a presidential address and then the chief guest's inaugural address. She addressed various problems and challenges faced by women in our society and how to tackle them. She also spoke about her experience and how she managed to be in such a position today. It was inspiring. Then felicitation was given by Very Rev.Fr. Zachariah Ramban, our local manager. After the closing of the inaugural function, Our juniors organized many cultural events like Dance, Skit, Mime, Flash mob. It was a colourful day and We had a bunch of amazing time together.                                                            The poster is given below.
